I have finally recovered from all my eggcitement and would like to say a very big yes to a very special and handsome and lovely and wonderful big soft snuggly white bun! I am sorry but I was so eggcited it has taken me a week to calm myself enough to type!!! The 2 foot has broken our picture taking machine so I need to order her a new one (where's maddie when you need some shopping advice) and then I will post some special pictures just for my most loveliest buck in the whole wide world xx

I thought the arrival of Rabbiting On on Wednesday was pretty good - I fink I must be pretty bootiful to get my picture in it twice!!! But then today happened!!!! Today has been the most eggciting day and I am so overcome by it that I can't type anymore.... I need to go and have a quick snooze (and dream of a rather handsome bun) to recover before I can fill all my friends in on the best day ever....sigh

I just don't bun-derstand does!! They are far too comp-lick-ated for my liking so I think I need some advice from my fellow buns...

Miffy has been moping about for a little while now - at first I thought she was just missing the 2foot. Turns out she wasn't! The 2 foot finally decided to turn up, a week late, THUMP!!!! and had the audacity to think we could be bought off with treats. I have given her serious bunny butt ever since. She then took us home away from our lovey grand 2 foots who spoil us. But Miffy didn't react she just continued to mope!

When we got home we realised she had put a new covering all over the floor - I thought this might at least get a reaction from Miffy who takes burrow redecoration very seriously, but nope she just moped a bit more!!

Turns out it's all over a buck! Hoparently Miffy has taken a little liking to a certain young buck who I shall call bun A. Well Miffy thought bun A liked her and had been flirting. Only recently the sister of a certain young buck, lets call her bun H, said that the doe bun A was in love with was 'quite pretty' which obviously rules out Miffy, who even I must admit is rather bootiful. What do I do? All Miffy does is mope about saying that she's feels sad and unloved. I am a simple buck who likes to eat, lick and flop and I just don't know how to cheer her up? Can anybun help?

We still haven't found her...

We know we usually complain about how useless our 2 foot is but it appears we may have gone and lost her. It all started out pretty normally this weekend with mum taking us on a little holly-day with her to see the grand 2foots. We were pretty egg-cited about this as we always get spoiled and sure enough we had a loverly weekend being spoiled and snuggled and fussed by both our grand 2 foots. Mum was there with us, only she went out on the Sunday afternoon (obviously after plying us with the usual round of treats) and we haven't seen her since. ..

I decided as the oldest and wisest bun that last night I should do a proper search for her. So Miffy did her best diversion tactic by looking cute and I took the opportunity to egg-scape out the lively room and hop up the big flight of stairs. Anyhow I got up there and found the nest box room mum sleeps in at the grand 2 foots and searched and searched and searched and I couldn't find her. Eventually the grand lady 2 foot realised I was missing and searched the house - she found me under the bed looking for mum. Only she wasn't there...

She's gone and got herself properly lost. We miss her, if anybun finds her please can you return her, she may be a stoopid 2 foot, but she's our stoopid 2 foot,

Thanks to Maddie's very hin-telly-gent advice I am hoping that my useless mum has at least managed to do one thing right and provide me with a starring role in a couple of short films, directed by and starring ME!

Firstly a video about me sleeping - I think this shows 2 things:
1. How well I have trained Dylan to be my 'guard bun' when I am asleep
2. The speed of my reactions - an important LIA skill - I can go from fast asleep to highly alert bun in less than 1 second if I think there could be a treat in it for me...

Secondly a video about me being groomed by Dylan - note the subtle way I shove my head under his when he dares to stop before I think he should:

And finally a short video about the importance of knocking your hayrack off the cage wall so you can put your whole head in it to eat. Please note no bunnies were harmed in the making of this video - I can't help that the stoopid bucks head got in the way!

Fingers crossed that this werks - mum hasn't got a clue what to do if it doesn't!!

It's hard looking after a useless 2 foot...

Our 2 foot is useless, so far this week she has:

1. Taken away our carpet tile floor - why would she do this? We like to chew our carpet tiles...now all we are left with is a chip board mess which is no good for chewing
2. Learnt how to video us on her camera (although a little dark) and how to upload it onto you tube but just when we were starting to get egg-citied she has failed at posting it on our journal and STILL can't werk out how to do it
3. Ordered our live hay'd dvd (Yey!) but clearly ordered it wrong as it didn't get to Sir Cedric
4. Agreed to werk on satty-day so we don't get our full weekend of fuss
5. Told me off when I had a little chew on the new fireplace - does she not realise it is my role to 'redesign' and 'remodel' the flat? She honestly has no style - my teeth marks only make it more bootiful

So could anybun please help in her hed-ucation and provide simple instructions on how to link the bootiful video of me onto our journal so everybun can see it?!

Tonight we thought that we had better get our 2 foot prepared for the bun-olympics so we have given her lessons in using her camera as a video recorder - we have even managed to get her to upload them onto you tube. So fingers crossed (as long as she manages to link it) here is my debut video. It has been inspired by Austin's earlier post and is simply about licking....

2 foots are strange...

We have gone on holly-day to our grandhoomans while our 2 foot takes 24 kit 2 foots on holly-day to some where that is new and foresty. Why would she do this?? We don't know - she is odd, peculiar and strange!

However we are very happy! It means a whole week with our grandhoomans and we have them twisted around our paws! They have bought us lots of nanas, carrots (with tops!) and apples and even some very expensive hay we like as a treat - we are in heaven! We shall update you on how thoroughly spoiled we get when we are able to sneak onto the 'puter. We are VERY special bunnies xx

Today is my birf-day!!! And I am a whole year old now. Hoppy birfday to me! It is hard to believe that I ever was this small and could fit in Auntie Karen's hand:

But look at me now, this is me today enjoying my cards. I got lots of tasty new toys to play with but look at my fav-rite present - my new bowl - I think it sums me up perfectly, although Dylan is thinks it's a little to girly for his taste!

Over the last week or so I have been being very cute and sitting on the sofa for lots of strokes. Mum thinks I have suddenly become a model bun.... she hasn't noticed the hole I've chewed in the sofa yet.... ooops. Tee Hee my diversion tactic werked! Another week or so and I'll have chewed my way through to the other side!

Since the 2 foot has been back we have been giving her lots of bunny butt, but we have also learnt a new trick to play on the 2 foot - tag team treat harassment! Dylan has decided that instead of sitting on the sofa seat he would prefer to sit on the back of the sofa:

This means I can sit on the 2 foots lap and demand treats and Dylan can sit on her shoulder and demand treats!!! It really WERKS - go on try it!

However this is a bit of photographic evidence of Dylan being a mummy's boy and failing to give the appropriate amount of bunny butt at all times (well apart from at treat times) - the 2 foot hop-oplogises for her pyjama wearing rough state!:

Bribery and corruption

Yesterday the 2 foot tried to bribe us with a special bag of dried pineapple, and two new toys (including a very tasty wicker bowl.......). We will not be bribed in this manner and we reamain at War and have continued to create as much havoc as possible from our prison!!! Obviously we ate the pineapple and played with the toys (which bun wouldn't?), but it doesn't mean anything we remain at war.

And we haven't done anything wrong!!! We have been Prisoner's of War for 48 hours now with no sign of release. We tried to look cute to start with but we didn't get anywhere, so now it's all out war!!! Last night we thumped all night and today we have caused mayhem in our cage, all we need now is to break for freedom - so far it's not werking but we are trying....

In between causing havoc we have been in-vestigating for the LIA the cause of our imprisonment - so far we have worked out it has to do with some funny smelling gloopy stuff and our lounge.

We are back!!!

We have had over 2 weeks of being abundoned and shipped from pillar to post but now we are back!!! We are about to engage in some serious 2 foot training as it is clear that our 2 foot has her priorities all wrong! Congrat-chew-lations to Inga and Sascha and also to Jazz and Sweetpea on their romance. The world seems to have gone weeding crazy and our mum was busy this weekend being a brides-maid for a 2 foot weeding (Don't worry Maddie even with a posh frock she didn't look as good as you do in your hat!). We also want tosay a big Hoppy Birfday to my big bro as we missed that too!

Luckily our 2 foot was good this weekend and took us with her to our grandhoomans house while she was being busy with the weeding. We have been spoiled rotten wiith special treats and have had lots and lots and lots of 'nana yum yum yum. We have also had lots of fuss and attention - we love our grandhoomans, however the 2 foot is still in the bad books!

Today we been playing in the grandhoomans garden and as a treat mum sat us on the bench and got out the picture machine especially for me! (Dylan's not sure this constitutes a treat but as you will see I love having my picture taken). Here are a few of the best shots:

Our burrow is very quiet now...

Today our burrow guests - Doris (aka furry mummy) and Christabel left us to move into their new pent house apartment. Although we always knew they were only staying with us for a short while we are already missing them. Miffy is sulking right now and says she is too upset to type so I shall have to update you all. This afternoon our 2 foot took our guests to their newly built residence at her school. Our 2 foot spent the afternoon with them as she wanted them to settle in before the new term starts on Monday. The 2 foot was a bit sad (silly 2 foot - she will be seeing them everyday!) but said she was much happier once she had seen them looking so happy in their new pad and Christabel even gave mum a lick or two of approval(she thinks they prefer being outside as they were making the most of the breeze!). Apparently the pig-me goats who live next door were scared of them and kept running off (our mum found this quite funny as pig-me goats are apparently much bigger than Doris of Christabel)! Miffy feels a little better because mum has promised to take treats to her mummy each day and give her and Christabel plenty of kisses from us. Mum has also promised to take her camera in at the weekend so we can see how happy they are.

We planted Auntie Karen's lavender last week and so far it hasn't died (great success!):

So to cheer us up mum bought us some carrot seeds today so we can try to grow carrots too! I am worried we may be being a little ambitious, however here they are.... we planted them at least an hour ago and nothing's happened so far......

....Well I am still torn between wee'ing on and licking my mummy who is staying with us. I think my wee'ing and chinning are actually expressions of my love for my mum but Dylan doesn't quite agree! Anyway I thought that the residents of Burrow Court and my brother and sister would like to see these photos. Mummy passes on love and licks to everybun especially Auntie Karen, Master Dandy and Misty and says she is very happy with her new friend

Yesterday when the 2 foot came home she brought us some very nice treats from Burrow Court, but she also brought something else.... bunnies!!! Apparently they are our house guests for a week or so before they go to their new home. We haven't met them but both Miffy and I tried our hardest to communicate with them through the night using Master Dandy's LIA morse code but they didn't understand it and didn't reply. This leads me to believe they are not fellow agents - our 2 foot said they are very polite ladies, unlike us at 4.30 am when she eventually got up to ask Miffy and I to be quiet (not very politely I may add tee hee!). The 2 foot is rather tired and grumpy today so we haven't asked her, but I think I may have an idea who they are....

I have snuck onto the pooter to do a quick post while the 2 foot is getting ready to go out.

We still have everything crossed for Boz and Velvet and hope that Boz and Jazz are still ok at the vets - Jazz is a very brave bun.

The 2 foot is about to go and see Auntie Karen and the buns of Burrow Court. Miffy and I have been hinting all week about treats so hopefully she will remember to bring us some. I am getting the impression that she may be coming home with more than just treats - although apparently this is just 'temporary'. Miffy is adament she will not let anything but treats into our burrow - we shall wait and see...

Today may turn out to be a very eggciting one after all...
